2. yes, he can play music thats not slap.. obviously you guys haven't heard his music.. thats like saying a person who see's a victor wooten video for the first time and says.. all this guy does is slap..

@smurfo129 I've watched him live last spring, he's truly amaizing, he has got a crazy sound, we can feel the beat in his slap, and he plays reaaally good finger playing, he isn't only a slapper, I agree.
He's not the best, but damn he's cool!

yes sweet playing indeed but i don't quite get the idea of that ring... is it because of pain? i mean if you slap like for one year your thumb is like a weapon and can pretty much withstand days of playing. Or does it make it sound better? I geniuinely don't know :D
