I've been a town planner. I hate the profession. I feel really sorry for you people but unfortunately you wont be able to change the system because there are a thousand assholes to get over before you even get 1 question in the door. I'm leaving this career for a low paid job at a supermarket. I'm doing it for my mental sanity. I hope you people can understand that I would love to wave the "magic wand" if I could and change things for the better but there's too many hurdles in this game.
