@zyglorb Wow, now that reply went from ok to completely psychotic. I may have offended you, but I didn't call you what you did me. I was talking about musicianship, I wasn't trying to rip on you. Be very careful with your words, as you don't realise that Brecker and especially COltrane have been very influential for me as a jazz musician, listening to them educated me greatly. What a shame your message ended the way it did.

@1BassJohn I never said music is about how many notes you can fill in one place. Those are your words. I said all she plays is a pentatonic scale in her solo, her ideas are very limited. I guess sophisticated music sounds like horse shit to you because your brain is incapable of comprehending it's beautiful, lyrical, complexity. Listen to Michael Brecker or John Coltrane once. @zyglorb Speaking of unintelligent... Music isn't about how many notes you can fill in one place. Just by saying that you've shown that you don't know a whole lot about music.. with all due respect. The better and more mature the musician, they can say so much with fewer notes. Any of the best musicians will tell you that same thing. If she played more, or tried to 'complicate' things..this would have sounded like downright horse-shit.
