This is like a mini-movie treat! it is so simple, but really thrilling throughout.
The music post-resuce sounds really familiar, except I've never watched any Bruce Lee movies so how come I see to know it from somewhere? Where else has it been used?

I'm not sure what other movies have used it but it wouldn't surprise me if they reused it for other projects, it's a very well loved theme, right up there with the Gladiator theme.

It's two songs - "The Dragon's Heartbeat" and "A Father's Nightmare (Dragon's Theme)". Both by Randy Edelman for the Bruce Lee movie.
