Yes, the curve inside the tunnel is indeed excessively banked (more banking than necessary for the train speed and curve sharpness). The track there even used to have guard rails for the high speed corner, but they were removed a couple years ago. When you're standing inside the train, your body indeed leans to the inside of the curve.
