CHEF COSTAS SPILIADIS: Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Costas Spiliadis debuted in Las Vegas this past December with the opening of Estiatorio Milos at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Touted as pioneering North America's Hellenic food scene by introducing high-end food from the islands of Greece, Estiatorio Milos has a longstanding reputation for serving the freshest, most pristine imported Mediterranean seafood daily in New York City, Montreal, and now Las Vegas. Milos Las Vegas also has an in-house fish market offering customers fresh fish that's flown in daily from the Mediterranean.
