Omgg, so nice! Now I'm so going to watch this *goes to dramacrazy* Why can't America be as successful in making EXCELLENT movies out of anime like Japan does?!? Blehh of course, cus Japan always comes up with something amazing, unlike *cough*DBZ! They ruined it! Btw, this is the onlyyy closesttt similar thing to a LIVE-action Naruto moviee so YESh! Cant wait to see the many similarities :33

I watched this in my Japanese class, my teacher kept cracking up at all the cheesy fight scenes. I just now discovered there's an anime, I wonder how he'll react..

@ZeroOne46 For the first half of the movie I was just thinking "what's her technique? Being really hot?" Yeah Oboro and Genosuke had some wicked cool techniques.

Oboro's eye of destruction is freaking crazy in this, better than her eye technique in the anime Basilisk. And is Genosuke slowing down time in the movie or is it just his speed that makes everything looks as if it's moving slower. I'm thinking that he slows time down but I'm not 100 percent.

god you guys have it all backwards. This movie is based on the book "The Kouga Ninja Scrolls", which the anime and manga "Basilisk" is also based off of.
