I was going crazy looking for a tutoriol on this, so when I figured it out I was like "There are probably people just like me out there." so I made a tutoriol on it.
In the video it says:
Layer-New adjustment layer-Channel mixer
then hit ok, after that check the box that says "monochrome"
and in the other one it says
Then click on the eraser and just erase the parts you want to be in color.
