Hi! Is it true in Android that the launcher is only accessible on the home-screen? And you can't call it from any app?

when he brought up the media volume bar i starteded franticly swiping my monitor to try and turn that FUCKING piano music off!! jeeze just speak, i dont want wanna hear ya cat on the korg!
