(Merlin) The bee is considered by me the 4th hardest bug to catch (behind the banded dragonfly, tarantula, and scorpion), so here's a video of how to catch it. As for the other three, there isn't much advice. For the banded dragonfly, you just have to be fast, sharp-eyed, and lucky. For the tarantula and scorpion, try to get it on the bottom the cliff (with you on the top) and lead it along to one of the ramps. If you have one of the really short bits of cliff between you and it, you should be able to swing and catch it!

  • I tried to do this 3 times and each time they stung me and I almost had a heart attack haha. Those fucking bee hives are scarier than the actual bee.

  • ohhh..how easy it looks being done by you...

    SO FUCKING HARD :'O

  • Ohh I did it! Thanks so much!

  • If you go inside and come back out, do the hives reappear on different trees?

  • i hate mii masks too it just takes away the animal crossing feel

  • the genius of this is in running north and using the net hotkey to face south. that leaves the guesswork out of the angle and you can focus more on the timing. thanks for the tip.

  • ah, i remember the first time this happened. i rented animal crossing from the store (no memory card) and just got the house. i was playing the game and started shaking trees at 3 in the morning, then this happend.... i turned off the game. i did not play again for 3 months
