Please keep in mind that all of Apple's stores are located in urban areas with a relatively high population. Brambleton (Ashburn) is close to the rural stretches of Loudoun County, and doesn't attract a lot of people. Once Washington's suburbia fully overlaps Loudoun County, I'm pretty sure by then that there will be multiple stores within the county. But currently, Apple has no desire or interest to put one anywhere in Loudoun County.

The Reston Town Center is such a great location... and I'm not even there when it opens, instead I'm on vacation lol... can't wait to get back home to Reston to see this store
