I used to play this song at my college radio station--the original, in 1983 or so. I haven't heard it since, and it's great to find it again, very well done! Harry's deadpan had its own charm, from what I can remember, but this is more, um, musical.

I love love love this song. I taped it from WRCT in the early 80''s when i was in high school and listened to it over and over. I lost that tape a long long time ago, and thought I would never hear this song again. I never forgot it and just googled the title and came across this video. I would love to get an mp3 of this. Thank you so much for keeping it alive. BTW I moved away from Pittsburgh, but am back now. I love Pittsburgh!

I used to play guitar in Identity Crisis back in the early 80's. I wasn't on this version of Holiday in Pittsburgh, but I played the tune many, many times - at the Banana and other venues. I am sad to learn of Harry's passing - I wish I could have spoken with him - I think the last time was in 1986.
