    Delta Air Lines sucks... When I flew to Italy, they made me miss my connecting flight and did not book me a hotel, offer me food vouchers so i was delayed 24 hours stuck at JFK's airport. Delta's customer service sucks

    totally agreed. Delta's customer service is considerably the worst in the industry. Especially when it comes to international flights. NEVER fly delta internationally.

    Except that @deltaassist SUCKS_ totally screwed us last summer- were NOT at al available, responsive or responsible and did not fix what was wrong- nor adequately compensate us- total and utter fail.

    very good point. Every carrier can try and offer just low prices. But offering this level of service and dedication/interaction to/with the customer really could make a difference.
