maybe its just the video but it still sounds like alot of chatter from something - timing chain maybe

I Rebuilt my motor a month ago , and its still doing some sort of sound in the valve train , nothing compared to before!(check in my videos, you will understand ). But i think its a normal sound , must be from the valves closing ",seating" , and the sound is transferred through out the frame... if your adjustment in the valves are continuously need of adjustment , then theres something wrong . Rockers are done .

@jeronimable my bike too!!! i have never heard an other bike with so much noise at valves!especially when its hot or have warm day! i dont like it and i am afraid its bad for my wallet and my moto! but my engineer says everything is ok and that its normal for the xr650..! i hope we have no problem!!!!! keep riding! ;)

My bike is doing the exact same noise . Sounds like the valves? ...is it normal?

Are those CRF250 front forks on your bike? What's needed to do the swap properly to a new inverted set like those? Nice bike!

@eelmcd It looks like a beast. I like it. Ive got a KX250 and an XR350 right now. They both go nice.
