青稞是一種生長於青藏高原的大麥,藏民以這種耐寒的穀類植物製成糌粑作為主要食糧,釀成酒就叫青稞酒,我們買了幾罐,不好喝,但也喝掉了。九月是青稞成熟的季節,穿著民族服飾的婦女和男人一同在田裡收割;到處都是麥稈垛,我們跑去其中一堆抱摟拉扯拍打倚躺,領隊皺眉說,他們很辛苦才堆好一個,不要這麼頑皮呀。那邊廂,牛在吃收割後留在地上的麥梗。Qingke is a kind of barley grows on the Tibetan Plateau. Prepared as tsampa, this cold-resisting crop is the staple food for Tibetans. Wine brewed from it simply called qingke wine. We bought a few cans and found its taste not so good but we finished them anyway. Qingke ripes in September. Haystacks everywhere. We ran to one and hugged and pulled and batted and leaned. Our leader frowned and told us not to be naughty for they have worked very hard to stack the straw. Over there, a herd of cattle is grazing on the remain of the stems left on the ground after harvest.
