east st. louis in illinois like washington park centreville etc... is definately extremely dangerous just a few weeks ago we made a wrong turn about a block off the main stretch, we saw a cop so werent worried but when the cop rounded the block we got shot at so i skeeted around several blocks and checked damage my sister got grazed in the arm(nothing serious) and my beautiful 88 mustang cobra had a total of 28 bullet holes and two windows shot out. so im stayin out of new orleans forsure
