-T-Pain replaced Katt Williams as host of The BET Hip Hop Awards.
-Pras was confronted by ABC's Eye Witness News about owing Fight Klub Recording Studios $20,000.

-Rappers turning actors seems to be the new trend with

-Will.I.am providing the voice for moto moto in the Madagascar sequel, Eve starring in Drew Barrymore's 'Whip It!', 50 Cent joining Nicolas Cage in The Dance, Mos Def, Rihanna and Macey Gray in Mama Black Widow which is based on the Iceberg Slim Novel and finally Diddy is rumoured to be playing T-La Rock in the Denzel Washington directed movie about the 80's rapstars life.

BET Hip-Hop Awards owed Wayne lyricist of the year award back in 2004 on account of Tha Carter I & all his guest appearances. And they definitely owed him lyricist of the year back in 2005 on account of Tha Carter II & ALL those guest appearances. I think he's won it the past two years now so things have kind of evened out.
