Dream Theater - The Count of Tuscany outro on Piano

I actually shed tears over this song (particularly this ending) after feeling the story behind it. All by ear so obviously there are no sheets. The chords are G#minor, Bmaj, F#maj, Emaj. Basically repeats the whole time like that. Enjoy.
