great form sir . slow down ure prey mantis blocks little bit . and after ure first double front kicks in the first part make sure to strech ure stance out . ure back leg also was sometimes bent . try to be more soft but fast in ure strikes it kinda looked like u tensed up . if u need some help watch my video and i am doing a form . it mite help
