With the new semester beginning, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today greeted students at California State University, Long Beach. The state's current budget invests more than $19 billion into higher education, freezes fees at UC and CSU campuses and keeps California Community College fees the lowest in the nation.

i always had a negative attitude towards Arnold being a governor. After watching this video i changed my perception entirely especially the way he introduced his model on success.. He deserves every bit of being a governor.
