Look at 'Renewable Energy' alone!
A solar water heater on every roof would leave on average £300 in every single householders pocket & the money they SAVE would be money which USED TO go to (already mega-rich) corporates (mostly overseas & 'offshore for tax purposes').
Not only would new jobs be 'created' but every home that had one, would save 'money' on endless 'BIlls'.
Its as much about self-reliance & freedom from bills as its about a 'non-polluting energy'.
