Here's an updated trade binder. Now, for the annoying rules...

MY TRADING RULES:
1. I will only send first if you are EXTREMELY trusted, if I come to you first, or if we've traded before.
2. I will not send first if you are trading for or buying a card(s) that I value $10 or more.
3. If you come to me and I've never traded with you, you must send first.
4. I'm sorry if I seem too strict, but I do not want to get scammed out of the few good cards I have.
