Jean-Francois Merieau takes us on a tour of his family's wine cave, parts of which were dug into the rock during the time of the Crusaders and other parts during the 18th and 19th centuries. The red wines of the property are still aged in this cave as wines have been for centuries. Jean-Francois Merieau is part of the new guard of young Loire winemakers who are making wines of elegance and class. His most famous bottlings include Touraine Sauvignon Blanc "Arpent des Vaudons", Touraine Gamay "Le Bois Jacou" and Touraine Sparkling "Bulles".
