I miss the beautiful uniforms we got, the comfortable (and FAST!) rides on the lil RJs, having our own OS, making our customers actually smile, being on TV... And this one guy at one of the gates (I think it was 7) who would sing opera over our radios on random mornings. :P

So sad! I worked for ACA when they first got the RJ's...GREAT memories of ACA! I was so hopeful & excited about IndyAir. Still sad that it did not work out!

What's the other extreme? No matter how long you're in bankruptcy and losing money and at the bottom of the customer report, you're in business. United Airlines.
It goes to show you really do need ALL parts working, morale, customer service, finances, maintenance, etc. for a smooth flight.
