Greater control generally means greater ability for strength. Also these abdominal moves are awesome for massaging the internal organs as well as improving digestion especially the vacuum.

Dang. I've gotta figure out how to do that stomach vacuum exercise.
Every time I try, it hurts my sides too much to hold it. Am I doing something wrong?

Just keep at it and the pain will eventually go away. Also try doing just a little bit less of a vacuum when starting out

Thanks. It didn't take long for the pain to stop. And I'm slowly getting it in further and further.
My next questions are.
1-How does one breath while doing this? I have to hold my breath to keep it.
2-How does one start to control the ab muscles as you do above's start?

1. You have to hold your breath to really do a vacuum.
2. Practice just working on the moves. Strive to do one thing at a time. If you get the feel for it a little bit you're doing well. Keep practicing and it'll get easier and better looking.
