@killapawner Fair enough, that actually never crossed my mind and Im definitely going to get a roof rack after that point. Also yes 3-6 grand on a bike is VERY easily spent.
@duckydown6 I like their cars. The camry and avalon are nice, but the new Taurus SHO is running the 3.5L v6 Ecoboost which is the same one in the new F-150 and that thing hauls ass and looks sharp, it puts the oldschool 00-05 Taurus 3.0 to shame. But when it comes to trucks im Ford all the way and nothing else. My Ranger has never let me down and I always seem to underestimate it and it never disapoints me
@duckydown6 Nope, I think I know what im saying. Toyota pickups are notorious for warped frames. Ive never seen a Ford with a warped frame nor have I ever heard of a Ford truck having problems with warped frames. My friend fucked up his 06 Tacoma TRD going through a muddy twist ditch, the right side of his bed sits 2 inches lower than the left and the tailgate buckled and wont open. My Ranger attemped it and nothing happened, still runs and looks new:)
@duckydown6 Oil and engine problems on a new Ranger doesnt seem true, just look at the facts. I see about 20 1983-2004 Ford Rangers for every 1 Toyota pickup of similar age, wanna know why? Because they have all retired to the junkyard to be pressed down to make cheaper, poor quality rear diffs and stamped sheet metal frames for new toyota trucks. Ford trucks are tanks and can stand the test of time and work, a toyota truck will warp if you take it through a ditch
@duckydown6 Sounds like your the problem then. I own a 2002 Ford Ranger with 175k miles and it runs and looks new, everything works perfectly. Ford cars had issues in the 1980s and thats why the imports were the better deal at the time, the Ford F-series, mustang, and bronco were the only good ones. But now Ford kills domestic and foreign automakers with better horsepower, torque, and fuel economy. Plus no dealership is going to give away a $25,000 truck for free just cause you work there
ok trail, where at?
