@Mandolin1944 Thanks Bernie. Dad used to play so many tunes that weren't really bluegrass or even old time music. I've started to try to post as many of those tunes as I can remember to play before I forget them. I appreciate your feedback since you're very knowledgeable of the origins of many of these old tunes.

Wonderful! Never have I thought of playing this one on the mandolin -- not sure why. But its a GREAT mando tune and you do a fine job on it!

Awesome job Bill! Love all those double-stops ~ makes for a real "full" sound. Excellent work. I dunno when that was written, but it puts me in mind of a barbershop quartet.
