Also, eat (pastured) liver, liver and more liver! Liver is nature's multivitamin :) If you dont like liver, you can take desiccated liver pills or just chop it up in small bites and freeze them and take them that way. Im gearing up to conceive our first hopefully later this year, early next year. Oh and oysters! LOTS of oysters for the zinc and B vitamins as well. Nice video!

I'm very into an organic and healthy lifestyle. I take folic acid, prenatals and DHA supplements daily but still I've been trying to conceive for 15 months and I'm 14 years younger than you. So, yeah sure, people should eat healthily. But I don't think it makes a huge difference when it comes to cutting down the amount of time it takes to conveice a child. If you're not supposed to get pregnant, you won't. whether you eat healthily or not. I really love your channel!

Wow. You are so prepared! Little Griffin is so lucky to have you both. What is raw Spring butter and how do you eat it since I know you don't eat white flour and I'm guessing you avoid gluten foods as well, based on another video.

@rosestainedglass It's butter that you buy from a farmer that hasn't been heated. The Springtime butter is the best nutritionally because that's when cows are grazing the most on grass so it's higher in vitamins and minerals.

Hi! I sprinkle nutritional yeast flakes on bananas, in yogurt or granola would be good too. Yes, that's beautiful raw Spring butter. I stock up in Spring when the butter is most loaded with vitamins/minerals by freezing a bunch. Cheers.
