I'm Technical Director for a race team using a modified version of this car for endurance racing (upto 24 hours).
It isn't road legal and whilst it shares some components with the road going 197 it is very very different.
The gearbox is a 6 Speed sequential unit manufactured by Sadev. The engine package is standard 197 with a Clio V6 airbox in place of the battery and MM Motorspot management/logging.

ok ok i get it.. i have another question for u.. the RS III what sort of transmission does it have? to me it looks like a manual.. the clio cup has a sequential i prefer sequential

the times are with slicks 4.1s and street legal tires 5.8s... you are for sure not allowed to run the car with slicks on street!

hi i looked it up it looks similar but its not the clio cup that I know and like! this one the RS III it says it does 0-100 km/h 5.8 seconds.. i know clio cup does it in 4.1 this is the one I want on the road! it is sold in the uk for £20,000 it has racing specs!

nothing it still use the stock engine with 204PS Autobild test drove one at the Ring running with licens plate

it is street legal in Germany it comes with licens plate for under 40,000Euro. He drives a left side steering version..driver on the wrong side for the UK
