Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) awaits test results that will tell her if her chemotherapy treatment is helping to cure her lung, sharing endearing words with Doctor Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian), her son Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), and his girlfriend Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).

*Personal Notes:

Lauren Koslow is a huge fan of David Bowie; this clip infuses her love for him with her character.

I have no opinion on the pairings of Daniel/Kate (Date) or Lucas/Chloe (Chucas/Luloe). At the end of the day, I will admit, I would prefer Kate to be with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and for Lucas to be with Samantha Brady (Alison Sweeney), but at the present time, these new pairings have neither a positive or negative conotation for me, at least not yet. Live and let for now.

I included the Daniel/Chloe scenes as they discuss Kate and her health.

I rather enjoyed the all-around discussion on living a life with love, deserving love, finding love. There were several allusions that were ambiguous and I let my imagination wander.

"Kate, can I get you something? Magazine? Trashy romance novel?"
