@waseem1173 works great for me. I have upped my protein a little so i'm getting about 1800 a day presently. I cheat one day a week (anything and everything.. ice cream pizza , lasagna etc.) That really seems to fuel my body and turn it into a fat burning furnace. granted I am depeleted from the low cal diet but that one cheat day makes all the difference.
