ok i had pozole with the fry chiles and the boild ones too
i like it fry ...
but there is no law that say to boil it
it all up to up and your how you want to cook

ppl make pozole THEIR own way just because you boil them doesn't make it the right way for this person......if you think yours is the "right" way then why don't you make a video.

yup he is right you don't fry them you boil them or you can let them soak for like 1 to 2 hours
