Just a question- how do you use VSQs in UTAU?

you go import it :3.. but then the letters will show up as random symbols :/, you can fix the problem by opening the VSQ file on the vocaloid program and copy the lyrics in each note.. i heard theres another program that enables you to copy the lyrics on vocaloid then place it on utau easier, it can be located on the UTAU download page, thou im just not so sure how i can use it :/..
