It happened after they made the movie 500 Days of Summer. You can see it happen if you search up the video "500 Minutes with the cast of 500 Days of Summer" It happens near the end and he keeps laughing ther whole way through it. Enjoy!!

Supposedly when he was out dancing one night when he was on a promotional tour for a movie. Just one wrong move and the knee popped.

Yes he did. Back in May. So far 3 surgeries trying to fix it. On his blog he wrote that initially the surgeon wasn't sure they could fix it, it was so badly mangled.
