It occurs after the Tien Shinhan Saga and precedes the Piccolo Junior Saga. Plot Summary:
The story begins with Goku, who seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. The Story is a bit fucked up! Piccolo and Oolong are Gods of Destruction, falling from the Sky! [or something] And bevor 2000 Years, Oolong and Piccolo got banned [or something] now, piccolo escaped, what's to destory the earth, make th ecplise, to free Oolong! [or something] Watch the movie, it's pretty fucked up, Oolong is, like 2 Meter high, Shenlong looks cool, but is just 40times smaller! and the dragonballs can only be used at one place on the entire world! >_>

This is absolutely ridiculous. The writers have obviously never read the books or watched the show. Kami made the earth dragonballs after seperating himself from Piccolo, so if "mystics" made the balls in the movie, how does Piccolo even fit in then??? And that guy is way too white and scronny and mostly serious to be Goku. I'm actually pissed off right now.
