I do that as well, though it's more for the strategy and tactics they use. Frag movies are nice to get the adrenaline flowing. (By the way, yms. in English = etc., jos et tiennyt. :D)

Yeah. Watching videos is good but if u wanna prefer more... Download hltv demos and watch and u learn more than any youtube video yms.
