That's the difference between 2 security guards what are earning 9-10 pounds/ hour and a gorgeous and sexy spy woman what earns 10.000 $ / week and who is intelligent and knows martial arts very well.Sydney is fantastic in that dress and she humiliated those men with her martial arts skills.She was "dancing" with them and at the end those two guards were sent to sleep by Syd.I wonder how they felt when they wake up :)) probably they couldn't find any excuses or to look one to each other.

They were not police but security guards. They had dart guns, which security guards are not allowed to carry as they are still considered fire arms, the same for pepper spray If a security guard carried either a dart gun or pepper spray he would be arrested and charged under a firearms act
However, real police officers can be seen on patrol throughout all UK major cities carrying firearms. Every town has specialist firearms response teams

You're basing that view on a fictional movie clip?
Most UK police don't carry guns routinely, but basing a view on a fictional movie clip is not very clever. There is an armed response unit, and some airport police carry guns.
