man saves forking out like 500+for new headlights, and you have the pride of saying not only is it custom, but i did it myself, props from Australia mate, might go to a junk yard and pick up a set myself!

Do you get any dash board errors when you turn on the headlights after the conversion? i.e. Headlight Bulb Burned Out

I get them from a local junk yard, or ebay.

how long do you have with the sealant before you can't move the projector anymore?

WHat did you use to put the plastic cover back on the lights? The same adhesive you used to mount the projectors?

No, I heated the original sealant, and use it to put the headlights lens back on.
