  • I don't really see how applying research in mirror neurons to the language acquisition process is common sense. Besides, research has proved that common sense is wrong in various occasions so his argument is wrong in every sense.

  • At Uni I head some weird sounds up in a tree, of a car door closing, an electric wisk, a mobile phone ringtone, and a lorry braking.. turned out to be a sodding songthrush!
