14 Step Plus - a new dance for roller figure skating

Introduced in 2009, the 14 Step Plus. This clip has been made available here given this dance will be included in the 2009 schedule among some events and DVD's are in the process of being distributed.. Hopefully this will be of some use..

Henry, the idea is for solo dance only and requires both men and women to do the same dance, showing both sides of the footwork, PLUS both one foot and two foot turns.
