The amp sounds kinda ok but to me only tubes sounds good enough. I would never ever play a solid state amp. KK's signature tube head sounds awesome by the way.

Thats probably why it sounds better. They havent updated the mg series in at least 6 years and now they finally have. Technology has improved so much since then.
The old marshall mgs did suck. They are old and outdated, and sounded terrible.
The new ones are improved! Dont hate the new ones because the old ones sucked.
