AGAIN, If it was about CARE I would be for it.

I am under the VA due to injuries and an illness I received from the anthrax booster shot. My family has Tri-care. We pay a premium and deductables- Do you know how hard it is to find a doctor that accepts Tri-care, most will not as it pays only pennies to the dollar for the Dr. reimbursement rates.
