OK GUYS JUST LIKE I SAID IN THE VIDEO I'VE DONE THIS FOR THE LAST 2YRS. THIS TIME AROUND I STARTED IT LATE AND NOT SURE WHAT THE RESULTS WILL BE LIKE, BEING I DID NOT HAVE A FULL WORKOUT PLAN. IN THE BEGINNING START WITH LIGHT EXERCISE SUCH AS WALKING, A LITTLE DANCE CARDIO AND THEN MOVE IN TO FASTER PACE DURING THE DAYS. IF YOU FEEL LIGHT HEADED THEN EAT A LOW CALORIE FOOD EX: CARROTS, WATERMELON, CELERY ETC. WHILE COOKING FOR OTHERS IN THE HOUSE IF YOU MUST, HAVE A CUP ALREADY READY OR CHEW NO SUGAR EXTRA GUM. YOU HAVE KEEP YOUR MIND FOCUS AND CLEAR IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS CLEANSE. IVE DONE IT ALREADY SO I KNOW HOW TO AVOID THINKING ABOUT FOOD AND KEEPING MYSELF BUSY. ILL SHOW AN UPDATE VIDEO ON THE 10TH DAY AND SHOW THE SCALE ONCE AGAIN.
