New rule change for Michigan MMA

(c) Amateur martial arts sports or activities mean exhibitions or contests in which martial arts skills are taught or demonstrated in a school or similar venue and for which there is no charge or fee for attendance by the public.

(d) Amateur mixed martial arts event means a mixed martial arts contest or show that is not promoted or intended to be a for-profit commercial enterprise.
