I dont think a renown cap is a good idea. I have the feeling even more would leave the game then.

@Crush6of6demons maybe, however, it may also encourage people to make lower tier alts once they reach the cap on their main

What might fix this for casual players is by giving the xp and renown reward as part of the loot. Just like instances, once you have successfully defended or taken a zone you get a portion of the reward, and you have to go to a lord or something and collect (turn-in). That way you aren't forced to stand and wait for the tick and people won't be jumping from zone to zone to get "freenown" ticks...you actually have to take part to get the reward... bonuses can be automatically applied too.

@orkwarlord2 I dont think that will make the game better, if ppl go play lower tiers. It was made for Tier 4 rvr.

Tier 1,2,3 was to get to lvl 40 with some rr. Now ppl just play tier 3 rvr, to get insane RR.

Though if I would still play, I wouldnt like to hear about a cap. Since i play alot in weekend but not that much at the other days. It would ruin my weekend :P

@duman173 yeh. tbh it would be cool if they could work out some mechanic to combine both t2 and t3 with both the EU servers. Then it would be more active :)
