@RoguePhoenix6 like he said this is a high speed quad, so the chair actually is designed to come off the cable, just not anywhere except for the terminals lol, high winds and high chair swing angles can lead to a chair falling off or deropement (what happened at sugarloaf).

That would scare me if the chair in front of me flew off. Yeah they were smart to evacuate. Although I thought the chairs were made to not come off of the cable. Who knows maybe it is just in certain areas and not in others. But thanks for the video and God Bless all who serve!
