  • Please try to see at least once of how beautiful Ballroom dancing could be by watching any Blackpool World Champions dancing, Marcus and Karen Hilton to Arunas and Katusha, before you decide what and where to learn Ballroom dancing. Never mind it is show dance or social, dancing should have the potential to be beautifully expressive, to me, the International style has all the standards( "Ballroom dancing" by Alex Moore) established and tested in Blackpool for years! • From the video, you seemed to be a good looking gentleman. I do not want to hurt your feeling. But since I came from where you are now 28 years ago, started with Arthur Murray dance studios like most people did, I had many sweating years to UNLEARN what I had learned and to dance International Foxtrot, once I saw a young couple doing the International style. I confessed that I still have the old habit of Quickstep, never could do the International even I tried ! YouTube Dancewu foxtrot

  • @jajaja69nyc The "slow slow quick quick" is the basic rhythm for a foxtrot foot movement. two slow steps follow by a two quick steps....hence the slow, slow, quick, quick.

  • I cannot find the song "Slow slow quick quick" anywhere. Who sings it?

  • Thank you, this is a very clear, yet pithy video.
