22 directors, that explains a lot. I can actually see the original intent, and if they'd been willing to invest time in exploring the other characters even slightly, rather than going 'clumsy sundancer is clumsy' at the start, and had more coherent direction, it could have been much better. As with Escape from Midnight castle, the villians are far more complex and engaing than the protagonists.

@stainlesssteelfox1 LOL Let me clear up the confusion. This special is from the dvd. They were using the tv series credits for it. The 22 direstors are for different mlp eps.

@cb82fan Actually, that makes it worse. If only one director was responsible for this, he or she should have had a far better chance of pulling something better out of it. I do like Katrina though.

@stainlesssteelfox1 Well I didn't think the special was that bad but ok. Btw if you look for mlp Catrina with a "C" there's someone who uploaded it with the original credits.
