What a joke this guy is. Check the head wobble around 1:16 and all of the goofy hand/arm motions throughout, hard to watch honestly. The current system of medicine isn't perfect, but its far better than this guy would ever admit. He has an agenda to sell books. Don't fall for it.

Holistic medicine isn't outlawed....I go to a Holistic Doctor..... Just that Health Insurance refuses to pay for it. We also use Herbs and Essential oils for many therapies rather than take their chemicals where ever possible, but again insurance won't pay for it. Yes the FEDS want to regulate the use of herbs and oils, but so far it isn't illegal.

@voiceofreason2u Thousands and thousands of people are HELPED and their lives saved each and every day because of life saving drugs! I'm one of them.Cancer cure rates continue to go up every year. Our life expectancy continues to go UP, in spite of a worsening diet along with weight gain.Is it a perfect system?No. But I think your COMPLETE bashing of doctors and pharmaceuticals is unfair.

Snake Oil is a slang term for something that doesn't work - a scam or quackery. Old time "medicine men" would travel the U.S. west in wagons selling their cures for this & that. They've been dubbed "snake oil" peddlers.
Now, I'm thinking maybe we should have paid more attention to them than the sheriffs & community leaders who said they were selling snake oil.

@sweetclaire06 You have some figures wrong. I am in "Main stream" medicine. This next generation will be the first that dies much younger than their parents-why? Poor diet, poor medicine. The 4th leading cause of death is Dr./hospital induced-FACT! We in the U.S. do NOt have the best medicine in the world like many here think. Why so much autism, allergies, asthma, all "autoimmune" disease? The drugs we use (I see this daily) are helping to make us sick. You are brain washed. I was.
