do u have to use lotta body? or can u use any setting lotion? and also isnt just wrapping and flat ironing damaging to ur curl pattern? isnt it better to roller st first?

@TheArtisticBeauty yes, you can use any setting lotion you like. Using heat on the correct temperature and using a heat protectant will prevent heat damage. I made a video on my channel all about it. My curls bounce back. High heat combined with the wrong products will damage your hair. You can roller set... I do that sometimes :)
